HIRO Poké Co. is St. Louis’ poké pioneer. We are located on 6th & Olive, at The Eatery, inside The Metropolitan Square Building, downtown St. Louis.

Our mission is simple: fast-casual dining experience with fresh & premium quality raw (or cooked) ingredients to provide a healthy and tasty meal that fuels the day.

Aside from being the most delicious lunch you’ll ever eat, poké bowls are a Hawaiian staple that feature raw, diced fish traditionally tossed with rice, vegetables and sauces. At HIRO Poké Co. we put our own spin on the island favorite to the Midwest!

Build Your Own Bowl (B.Y.O.B)

Starting our poké bowls with a base of rice (cauliflower, white, brown) or greens. Then, we add your choice of protein, mix-ins, homemade sauces, toppings, and sides for a healthy, delicious meal that created just for YOU.

3 ready-designed bowls (Aloha St. Louis | raw tuna & salmon; Forest Park | vegan, and Go Cards | chicken) with St. Louis-centric names to those who are on the go! Eating healthy has never been easier or more enjoyable!

Ramen

Aside from Poké, we also are offering Ramen bowls at our facility. Tori Paitan (creamy chicken broth) and Shoyu (soy based vegan broth). You have options of classic ramen noodles or rice noodles (gluten free) with your order.

At HIRO Poké Co. we are keto, vegan, gluten friendly; nuts & dairy free zone.
